Allen McClure, Teaching Elder (TE) |
Allen McClure is the pastor at Covenant Church in Millers Falls. He enjoys bike riding, sailing, furniture refinishing, reading, and talking. He came to Christ as a small child. He trained for the ministry in Northern Ireland with the Free Presbyterian Church of Ulster. After earning his masters degree, he spent ten-months in Odessa, Ukraine training school teachers how to teach the Bible. Upon returning to the United States, he helped found Tall Oaks Classical Christian School in Delaware. After ordination in 1996, he served the Bible Presbyterian Church in Collingswood, NJ for eight years. In 2005, God sent him to Iowa for small, rural church ministry. In January 2010, he came to Covenant Church. Allen and his wife, Missy, have six children. They reside in Greenfield, MA.

| Ruling Elder | Matt Brown, Ruling Elder (RE) | Matt was born to Christian parents who taught him about Jesus and modeled a christian marriage for him. He was raised in southern Vermont and at an early age recognized his mechanical inclinations, furthering them with high school vocational courses. After high school Matt joined the Army and received further mechanical training. Not long after he finished with the Army, Matt continued to pursue his passion for fixing things by acquiring an associates degree in Automotive Technology. It was during this time that he met his wife Louella. They married and settled in the Springfield (MA) area before moving to Northfield in 1990, where they currently reside. Matt started his own air compressor service in 1989 and was able to work for himself full time by 2001. Matt and Louella began attending Covenant Church about the time that they moved to Northfield. They have four sons, Carl, Matthew, Joshua, and Daniel, all of whom were/are homeschooled. Matt has served the congregation of Covenant Church as an Elder since 1993. |

| Ruling Elder | Dick Newton, Ruling Elder (RE) | Dick was born in Shattuckville, MA (a suburb of Colrain) at his grandmother’s house on a cold and stormy January day. Growing up he attended church regularly with his parents, and always sensed the presence of God, but did not become a believer until the age of thirty when the Spirit of God truly regenerated him. Dick has been a member of Covenant Church since 1983, serving in numerous roles, such as Sunday School teacher, Choir, committee member, and for the last decade as Elder. In addition to helping shepherd the local congregation, Dick has been actively involved in the local jail ministry, assisting in bringing the Gospel to all the inmates. Dick lives in Erving with his wife Joyce and their son Joe. Dick and Joyce also have two daughters and six grandchildren. |

| Secretary | Peggy McAndrews, Secretary | Peggy has been attending Covenant Church since 1984 and is a retired schoolteacher. Presently she serves as secretary and organist at the church and considers it a great privilege to serve the Lord in both capacities. Her other interests include her family, church family, reading, knitting and gardening. |
